个人简介

位灯国,男,湖北仙桃人,lol比赛投注网站教授、博士生导师。 2002年和2005年分别在华中师范大学化学学院获得学士和硕士学位; 2009年获北京大学物理化学专业博士学位。2009年至2015年,分别在伦敦大学学院药学院、于默奥大学化学生物学中心从事博士后研究。2015年6月入职lol比赛投注网站,综合应用结构生物学、分子生物学、生物物理化学和计算模拟等技术方法,研究有望成为农兽药靶点的蛋白和核酸,阐明它们致病的结构基础与分子机制;并在原子分辨率水平上,揭示该类蛋白和核酸与配体(包括药物)的识别机制,结合计算模拟和药物合成,开展基于结构和基于疾病网络的农兽药小分子设计。2015年来先后主持国家自然科学基金、lol比赛投注网站自主创新基金等研究课题8项。以第一或通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nucleic Acids Res., J. Med. Chem., RNA Biol., J. Agric. Food Chem. 等国际学术期刊发表论文20余篇。
